No, PreciCloud is completely web-based, meaning you can access it directly from your browser without any software installation.
The free version of PreciCloud comes with 10 GB of storage. If you run out, you can easily upgrade to one of our paid plans starting at 250 GB or contact us for custom storage solutions.
You can create 100 folders or sub-folders, containing up to 100 slides each. Each slide can be shared with up to 50 collaborators. Sharing folders and images with others is an exclusive feature for Pro version clients.
While the free version allows basic slide sharing and annotation, advanced collaboration features are available in our Pro and Enterprise versions. These enable multiple users to work together in real-time on the same slide.
PreciCloud is designed to be compatible with a wide range of modern digital microscopes. If you have a specific microscope model in mind, please contact us to confirm compatibility.
PreciCloud supports most commonly used microscopy image formats. However, for the best experience, we recommend .vmic. If you have slides in a different format, please get in touch, and we can assist with format conversion or compatibility queries.
